Luxury Items & Accessories:

All luxury items and accessories are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

New Arrivals (excluding Pre-Loved Luxury Items):

New arrivals, excluding pre-loved luxury items, may be returned for exchange only if you are not completely satisfied. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be returned within 10 business days from receiving the merchandise. You can choose to receive store credit or an exchange for an item of equal value.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 10 business days from the date of receipt.

Return Process:

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at shops@alliedebellboutique.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • Please include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package when returning your item(s).
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately at shops@alliedebellboutique.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue and may provide a return shipping label at no cost.
